Good morning/afternoon/evening **delete as applicable** For Sale we have our fabulous Left Hand Drive, Californian Imported (2004) Volkswagen Type 2 Baywindow Camper. A solid, reliable and loving old girl going by the name of Bluebell - GSOH, Non Smoker WLTM new owner for fun times and definitely more. The lowdown: 1600cc Lotus White Original interior Since owning her we haven't done anything to her except new brakes, slave and Master cylinder and the usual servicing................all 'touch-ups' down by previous owner(s) No end float and battery trays appears solid Solid underneath - WaxOyled Sept '12 so could do with another gunk-ing All upholstery is good apart from the rear bed cushion which has wear and tear and needs an upgrade We have new spare door cards but never got round to fitting them Mot 'til April Tax Free..........or Vehicle Licence Free if you want to be proper! Electric hook up with leisure battery Auto choke has never worked whilst we have owned her but thats's never been an issue as she's a summer girl only. She's been lowered slightly but gives a lovely stance rather than being too low If you've been to any of the VW Shows - Deva, BugJam/Action/Big Bang at Santa Pod, CamperJam, Bus Types you may have seen her. She a regular floozey on that circuit. Asking price..............£11,500 Cash on collection..........in small, non-sequential bills bundled in a brown paper bag. On a sour note - handle on sliding door sheared off 2 days ago whilst taking pics but replacement is on the way so fear not. We also have for sale a 'bespoke made' full length roof rack for £250 not included in this sale. Built by professional welder and as I'm tight it wasn't powder coated and I just painted it.
